Leadership
Leadership within this ministry is understood as faithful stewardship: guarding the truth, serving people, and carrying the work forward without separating message from life.
Spiritual Stewards
Leadership within D. Mass begins with surrender to God. We understand our lives, abilities, opportunities, influence, and resources as belonging first to Him. Spiritual Stewards are therefore not defined by position or title, but by faithfulness to the Kingdom of God. They seek to know His Word, submit themselves to His authority, and faithfully administer whatever has been entrusted to them. Leadership begins here because no one is prepared to exercise authority over the work until they have learned to live under the authority of God.
Formation of People
D. Mass does not believe that spiritual leadership is produced merely by appointment. It is formed over time. Those who desire greater responsibility must be willing to study, learn, serve, be corrected, demonstrate faithfulness, and allow the principles they profess to become visible in the way they live. Formation therefore involves more than acquiring biblical knowledge. It is the development of mature people whose understanding, conduct, judgment, and service increasingly bear witness to life in the Kingdom of God.
Continuity and Accountability
The work of God must never become dependent upon personality, position, or a single generation. Those entrusted with leadership are accountable first to God and must exercise that responsibility faithfully before others. D. Mass therefore seeks to prepare leaders who understand what has been entrusted to them, preserve what is true, teach it faithfully, and prepare others to continue the work. Continuity is achieved not simply by transferring responsibility, but by forming faithful people capable of carrying that responsibility forward without abandoning the principles upon which the ministry stands.
